“I’m going to Scotland!” Harrison Ford becomes the face of Glenmorangie Single Malt Whiskey

In an ‘unconventional’ campaign, the Hollywood icon meets the distillery team

Glenmorangie Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey presents his new global campaign with film icon Harrison Ford. The Hollywood actor is known for his countless legendary film roles. In an episode series directed by Joel Edgerton, he shows his typical, dry humor.

Once Upon a Time in Scotland Harrison Ford accompanies on a trip to Glenmorangie. In the Highlands, he discovers the craftsmanship that flows into every bottle of the complex and elegant whiskey. The actor enjoys the authentic Scotland – from the peculiarities of the Scottish accent, the kilt -label to get to know the locals in a dram of single. The scenes were deliberately made unconventional in the “off-script” style.

The episodes show the natural beauty of the Highland in the northeast of Scotland: the historical distillery in Tain, in which Glenmorangie has been burned for over 180 years, the historic Ardross Castle from the 19th century and the breathtaking landscape around Loch Glass. With Harrison Ford, the distillery team under the direction of Joel Edgerton plays himself, while the flagship whiskeys Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old and Glenmorangie Infinita 18 Years Oldalso take on a leading role.
