The PropTech company iDWELL looks back on a successful year in 2023. With its digital ecosystem for property management, sales have more than doubled and the 60-strong team is already managing more than 1.2 million apartments. Further expansion steps are planned this year with new services and AI-based invoice management.
iDWELL has developed an extensive ecosystem for the real estate industry. This supports property management companies in designing their processes efficiently. Currently, over 600 B2B customers, including many of the top 10 property management companies in the DACH region, rely on the digital solution. The largest market is Germany with 900,000 residential units. „With our platform, we now serve an extensive real estate ecosystem, such as property management companies, their customers, tenants and owners, but also large craft businesses and real estate insurers“

Service partners from various trades, such as building cleaning or plumbers, are certified by us according to strict quality standards and the services they offer can be easily accessed via our platform. Both property management and service companies receive legal certainty through documentation, evaluations and reports. The digitalized mapping of various activities, such as monitoring repairs, property inspections, facility checks, defect reports and meter readings, reduces the effort“

AI-based invoice management
iDWELL also relies on AI-based technology to optimize invoice management for property management companies. „Our solution covers all important financial areas, from invoice receipt and approval workflow to integration with accounting systems and online banking. Invoices are processed digitally directly from the email inbox or scanner. All invoice details are recorded without prior training of the system.
