With initiatives to promote the professional and personal development of women, HYPO NOE was able to shine when it was awarded the “berufundfamilie” quality mark.
St. Pölten (OTS) – Balancing professional success with family fulfillment can sometimes be like walking a tightrope, and quite a few people find it difficult to find the balance between working hours and private life. As a family-friendly employer, HYPO NOE is committed to making it as easy as possible for its employees to combine family and work. As part of the berufundfamilie audit, HYPO NOE has already launched many initiatives for a more family-friendly coexistence. These measures were rewarded with renewed certification as a family-friendly workplace. Petra Fritscher, Head of People & Culture, also says: “A family-friendly working environment is very important to us in order to support our employees in different phases of life. The certification represents a welcome process for us to evaluate the status quo of our framework conditions and to create new measures for an even more family-friendly corporate culture.”
The pilot project “Ferienzeit@HYPONOE” was the next important step towards more family friendliness. This summer, holiday care for children between the ages of 6 and 12 will take place for the first time – they can expect a week full of games, fun and adventure. This educationally valuable offer is intended to additionally support employees in combining work and childcare. Petra Fritscher on the numerous registrations: “All available places for holiday care have already been allocated this year and we are very pleased that this offer has been so well received by our employees.”
The promotion of women is also a particular concern of HYPO NOE. The HYPO NOE women’s mentoring program is intended to give women the opportunity to exchange experiences with other colleagues and help them master their private and professional challenges, develop personally and create a network.
