Hydrosolid®, pioneer in the development of safe and efficient hydrogen storage technology, and Sumida, leading large corporation in the field of industrial production, have now signed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the Austrian pavilion at the World Exhibition Expo Osaka in Japan. The aim of the cooperation is the joint scaling and commercialization of low-pressure hydrogen storage systems based on the patenting RSH2 material technology from Hydrosolid®.
At the solemn signing in the Austrian Pavilion of the Expo Osaka on May 12, 2025, which took place under the patronage of the Lower Austrian governor Mag. Johanna Mikl-Leitner, Katsuyuki Kojima (Executive Vice President, Sumida Corporation), Ken Terao (Head of New Business Development, Sumida were Corporation), Lukas Renz (CEO, Hydrosolid®) and Dr. Franz Renz (Scientific Advisory Board Hydrosolid® and Leibniz Universität Hannover) present.
