Hungary will take over the EU Council Presidency, which changes every six months, on Monday. The country will chair the Council of Ministers until the end of the year and can have a significant influence on it. Budapest has given its Council Presidency the motto “Make Europe Great Again!” – a reference to the “Make America Great Again” slogan of former US President Donald Trump, whose declared supporter is Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
