Henning Frings follows Jürgen Kleinrath as CEO of the foam division

Jürgen Kleinrath, who has been the foam division Neveon since July 2022 and has been working in the company since 2019, will hand over his function as division management and leave the company at his own request to perceive a new professional challenge outside of Greiner. On August 1, 2025, Henning Frings, previously Executive Vice President of the Neveon Business Unit Mobility & Specialties, took over the management of the foam division.

Under the direction of Jürgen Kleinrath Neveon has undergone a phase of profound change. With entrepreneurial determination, he reoriented the company division and decisively shaped. The most important milestones in its time as CEO include consistent focus on the core business and the successful sale of the OEM automotive segment.

Previously, he gained international experience with companies such as Amcor Flexibles, Jindal Films and the Edelmann Group. The family man studied in Freiburg and completed part-time MBA program at the University of St. Gallen.
