The Vinzenz Group’s group of companies, which is more than 10,000 employees: inside represents in the institutions of the non-profit health and social company, on September 17, 2025 in Braunau, new constituted. The Vinzenz Group operates 3.069 Systematized beds and provides annually over 181,000 inpatient recordings as well as more than 609,000 outpatient patient: collect.
Martina Reischenböck was there unanimously again elected chairman. Johannes Wölflingeder and Sebastian Prohaska were also confirmed as their deputies.
“With today’s choice we ensure continuity. We will represent the interests of the employees in all houses and actively live the social partnership,” says Martina ReischenböckChair of the Group Works Council.
“I am happy about the trust. Our focus is on good working conditions, strong participation, broad participation and real transparency. This is the only way to create a common power of action,” explains Johannes WölflingederDeputy Chairman.
“The challenges in the healthcare system are great. It is all the more important that we stay consistently together with the workforce and the company bodies at every location,” adds Sebastian ProhaskaDeputy Chairman.
Clear signal against cuts
The group works council considers it completely wrong to save in healthcare. In view of the current austerity policy, one will actively stand up against the reduction of beds in the facilities of the Vinzenz Group and for a strong health care.
