As part of an assignment, the group once again found another illegal beauty clinic yesterday, Saturday, Saturday, Saturday, together with the Viennese police, the financial police, the AMS, the Vienna networks and the responsible departments of the city of Vienna. The beauty clinic in Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus, which was officially managed as a nail studio, offered treatments with botox, fillers and so-called “fat-path sprayers” without medical authority.
Two people without medical training were encountered during the reception or exercise of the treatments and interrogated directly by the police. It also turned out that gas was illegally moved into. Several advertisements were filed, among other things, for spa botching, unauthorized commercial exercise, undeclared work, violation of the medical law and illegal gas reference.
At the time of the mission, there was a stream of influx of customers. Some came according to their own statements because they wanted to have corrections from previous interventions, since the results were dissatisfactory.
The city of Vienna already draws attention to the dangers of illegal beauty treatments in its own information campaign and urges the health risks that are associated with unprofessional interventions.
Walter Hillerer, head of the group immediately measures, emphasizes: “We see a dangerous tendency here: People without medical qualifications grip and substances that, in the worst case, can lead to serious health damage. These illegal interventions are carried out in back rooms without education, without medical standards and without responsibility. We will continue to combat this highly dangerous development by all means.”
