Assisted living in Eben im Pongau
The non-profit BWS group is ushering in a new phase in the development of the town center of Eben im Pongau. Affordable housing is taking shape in the “Eben Mitte” project: On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 1 p.m., the groundbreaking ceremony will take place for 20 subsidized rental apartments for assisted living, a senior day center as well as doctor’s offices and a pharmacy. The apartments are barrier-free and have open spaces. The new building will be supplied with sustainable energy using local heating, equipped with a spacious photovoltaic system on the roof and made fit for the future with electric charging points in the underground parking spaces. State Councilor Martin Zauner, Mayor Franz Fritzenwallner as well as representatives of the BWSG and general contractor Ebster Bau are present.
