The successfully completed coalition negotiations bring good news for Burgenland. A red-green state government relies on climate protection, social cohesion and on forward-looking politics and is therefore a real enrichment for all Burgenlanders: inside.
“The fact that the Greens are now part of the state government in Burgenland is a great sign. Also because there is now a second state government with green participation alongside Upper Austria. Burgenland thus represents an important opposite pole to right -wing conservative governments in other federal states and shows how to design successful politics – apart from hatred, agitation and step -down views. I personally look forward to working together for climate protection in two important federal states and wish Anja Haider-Wallner all the best for her future tasks as the governor’s deputy and regional councilor in Burgenland, ”said Green State Special President Stefan Kaineder.
