Gourmet Business starts the autumn with a new menu in culinary delights

Gourmet Business cooks with the seasons and uses ingredients exactly when they are ripe in Austria’s pleasure regions. This not only guarantees freshness on the plate, but also a varied culinary offer. The new menu of the à la Carte offer convinces with a large variety of regional and seasonal dishes, including 32 new creations and 58 seasonal specialties.

Autumn time is pumpkin time!

The new menu starts with harvest -free pumpkin, 100% from Austria. Guests can choose from 14 delicious pumpkin dishes, such as the Orecchiette pasta with a pumpkin bolognese, the triggered backthray in pumpkin seed panade with herb rice or the pumpkin chili with rice.

Culinary themed weeks for every taste

Many of the particularly sustainable dishes from the “climate-friendly enjoy” themed weeks from the end of September developed Gourmet Business together with the WWF Austria. From September 29 to October 26, Gourmet Business provides 20 cents to the WWF to support the “Sustainable Nutrition” program. Gourmet Business makes it easy for his guests to eat climate -friendly all year round. Because in the online order systems, the CO₂ footprint is very transparent on each meal.

In the theme week “Austria’s delicacies” with Austrian inn Classics such as Kärtner Kasbosteln or chickens Cordon Bleu, there is certainly something for everyone.
