What makes a university an international pioneer? What strategic decisions lead to the top of the world? And how can universities position themselves in global competition in Linz and Upper Austria? The Circle of Excellence 2025, an exclusive event by the UNESCO Chairs for Future Design (CFD), provided answers to these questions, which took place on May 22nd and 23rd, 2025 in Linz, Upper Austria. Representatives: Inside from science, business and politics, Pioneer discussed: Inside for excellence in university beings from Europe, China and the USA.
The focus was on future -oriented strategies for the educational location of Upper Austria. “The Circle of Excellence shows how fertile the exchange at eye level between international thought leaders: inside and regional decision -makers: The discourse opens the space for courageous perspectives and absolute top performance in academic education.
