Vienna (OTS) “Congratulations to the two newly crowned winners, Simon Morzé, who won best male lead in the historical drama ‘The Fox’, which also won silver for best feature film, and Adele Neuhauser, who won best supporting actress for her role in the film ’15 Years’. . However, these awards are much more than honoring two outstanding talents, they are also a new crowning achievement for Austrian film,” said Art and Culture State Secretary Andrea Mayer at yesterday’s German Film Prize ceremony. “Such awards are always recognition of a joint, creative creative process, an interaction between numerous trades that ultimately leads to success. Hence my appeal: Go to the cinema, immerse yourself in this fascinating world and let yourself be inspired by the variety and quality of Austrian films. The Austrian film industry will thank you with always new and captivating productions. I am sure that the ongoing success story of Austrian films will continue seamlessly.”
