Only the FPÖ stands for more Austria and less EU and for a policy for the population and not against them
Vienna (OTS) – The FPÖ’s top candidate for the EU election, MEP Harald Vilimsky, identified ÖVP European Minister Edtstadler as having “pronounced political paranoia” in relation to the FPÖ and federal party chairman Herbert Kickl. “If Edtstadler seriously blames the FPÖ for the significantly increased skepticism among Austrians regarding EU policy, then it is a pure diversionary tactic from his own failures and an oath of disclosure for a special class of aloofness. In any case, it is the ÖVP with its European policy that supports warmongering in Ukraine, continues the illegal mass immigration policy or pushes the EU’s ‘Green Deal’ and thus destroys jobs. The ÖVP is pursuing policies against the citizens both in Austria and in the EU and that is exactly what people feel. “You are much smarter than the ÖVP would like,” said Harald Vilimsky in a reaction to Edtstadler’s appearance in today’s “ORF press hour”.
“Edtstadler’s fear of the FPÖ, Herbert Kickl and a turn towards a policy that serves its own citizens must be really immense if you attack the party chairman on a personal level, but no longer have anything to offer in terms of content. The FPÖ is the only party that represents the interests of its own population without any ifs and buts in Austria and Europe. Anyone who wants more Austria and less EU centralism, who does not want our country to gradually dissolve into an EU superstate, must strengthen the Freedom Party in the coming elections. This applies not only to the EU elections, but also to the upcoming National Council elections: Only with a liberal People’s Chancellor Herbert Kickl and the FPÖ in the federal government will there be a policy that serves its own population – and not itself (EU ) to elites,” affirmed Harald Vilimsky.
