Voting against a reduction in the age of criminal responsibility in parliament the day before yesterday and now calling for it is a prime example of the ÖVP’s “voter deception” system.
Vienna (OTS) – “This constant media-staged symbol and announcement policy of this ÖVP under Nehammer, Wöginger and Co. is starting to get on your nerves. In truth, the ÖVP has long since lost all credibility at all levels and today’s statements from the ÖVP club chairman on ORF radio confirm this once again. What actually prevents the ÖVP from finally making their announcements come true? At the last National Council meeting two days ago, the ÖVP would have had the opportunity to implement a reduction in criminal responsibility by agreeing to the liberal motions – but Wöginger’s parliamentary group voted against it twice this time too. Media representatives who want to convey real connections and facts could also point out this hypocritical game on the back of security and every single victim of violence. The ÖVP is simply stuck in the government with the feeding trough and string of the ‘green party below ten percent’ and therefore does not want to agree to such a sensible and long-necessary measure,” said FPÖ General Secretary NAbg today. Michael Schnedlitz on statements made by the ÖVP club chairman in this regard.
“Wöginger’s renewed attempt to copy the FPÖ and to adopt our long-standing demand to reduce the age of criminal responsibility and then not immediately implement it is simply not credible. Unfortunately, Austrians continue to have to endure this massive migrant violence almost every day because illegal immigration into our country continues unhindered under ÖVP Chancellor Nehammer and ÖVP Interior Minister Karner – this unbridled immigration must now really come to a quick end,” demanded Schnedlitz.
“The only thing that the ÖVP does with concentrated effort in all subject areas is grandiose media productions based on the ‘ÖVP principle of voter deception’, but no one buys this show politics from the blacks anymore. Furthermore, with such a dubious approach, not a single Austrian can be helped and not a single person can be protected from violent criminals, but only with decisive action with honest, targeted and implementable solutions. Austria needs a quick end to this unspeakable black-green government. However, a sustainable political turnaround can only be achieved with an FPÖ-led federal government with an People’s Chancellor Herbert Kickl. Only then will satisfaction, confidence, future and, above all, security be able to find their way into Austria again,” emphasized the FPÖ General Secretary.
