Green politics stands for new taxes and hostility to democracy
Vienna (OTS) – “In today’s interview with the daily newspaper ‘Die Presse’, the Green Minister Rauch put his cards on the table. Driven by hostility to democracy, his top priority was to fight against the FPÖ’s participation in government. On top of that, he would like to be available as a minister again. You have to ask yourself what he has achieved or achieved in the last few years. Because apart from throwing our hard-earned tax money out of the window for corona tests and expired vaccines, there’s not much left to do,” reacted the liberal Secretary General NAbg today. In addition, it is downright grotesque when Rauch claims that the state has to save money on expenditure. “It was precisely him, with his green participation in government, who squandered billions that disappeared in more than dubious ways. Now he is calling for new taxes and the abolition of subsidies. This interview is like a self-accusation with a guilty verdict,” said Schnedlitz.
“Election doctor bashing, closed departments in the hospitals, a lack of staff everywhere in the health sector and a lack of cash registers – that is his balance sheet, but also that of the ÖVP at the end of the day. Austria’s population is fed up with being ruled by self-promoters, performance enemies and ‘football mice’. Our country needs a stable and honest government without elites and obsession with power. This is what the Freedom Party stands for with its People’s Chancellor Herbert Kickl,” emphasized Schnedlitz.
