Vienna (OTS) – “A ‘transparency city councilor’ who runs over students, parents’ associations, teachers, directors and residents of MS Afritschgasse in the 22nd district like a red Stone Age apparatchik is a disgrace for our city. We understand the concerns of parents, teachers and residents all too well and will fight vehemently against these plans, which are also extremely dangerous in terms of security policy,” announced the district party leader of the FPÖ-Donaustadt FPÖ-LAbg. Even though it is now rumored that there will be an extension instead of containers (that won’t happen until school starts in the fall), a sports middle school without a sports field is a bad joke. In addition, the residents are already suffering from youth gangs and drug dealers in the area around the school. “These grievances could escalate and there is a risk of an increase in violence and insecurity in and around the school. If something happens there, we will hold personally responsible all those responsible who ignored or remained silent about the legitimate fears of students, teachers and residents,” Mahdalik concludes.
