SPÖ boss either shoots Rambo or is not fit to carry weapons
St. Pölten (OTS) – “Either the federal party chairman simply doesn’t care what he shoots when he’s hunting because he’s just shooting around, or Mr. Babler actually can’t remember what he last shot. Only in this case would one have to check the mental capacity to see whether someone like that should even pick up a weapon,” said state parliament member and FPÖ Lower Austria hunting spokesman Hubert Keyl on the occasion of the “Breakfast with me” talk by SPÖ federal party leader Andreas Babler on Sunday .
ORF lady Claudia Stöckl – when asked about Mr. Babler’s hunting activities – had to work hard to lead the Traiskirchen “worker’s child” to the last wild animal killed. In response to Stöckl’s intensive questioning, Babler then admitted that the last hunting trip around two years ago could have been a pheasant. Babler remained persistently in the subjunctive.
“There are hit lists – his statement or wriggling out of it was absolutely ridiculous. When things get unpleasant for Babler, he obviously doesn’t take it so seriously with his oh-so-respected honesty and is at his wits’ end as a hunter,” Keyl continues. “Babiler was also happy and often involved in Hubertus hunts in Lower Austria, as we hear from his own party circles – or has he already forgotten or suppressed that?” asks Hubert Keyl in conclusion.
