FPÖ calls for consistent measures
Vienna (OTS) – In view of the recent riots in Mittenhofergasse in Floridsdorf, FPÖ district party leader LAbg. Wolfgang Irschik is critical of the incidents and calls for immediate action.
“I strongly condemn the senseless acts of violence on New Year’s Eve. This is a clear sign that there is an urgent need for action. Our citizens have a right to security, and it is the duty of those responsible to ensure this,” said Irschik .
The Freedom Party further emphasizes: “The massive police operations show that we have a problem with public order and security in our city. I demand clear action against such riots and an increased presence of the executive in problem areas.”
The FPÖ MP also advocates the remigration of foreigners who have committed criminal offenses. “Anyone who commits a crime in Austria as a third-country national must leave the country immediately,” concludes Irschik.
