Vienna (OTS) – After a successful week of training with Bernhard Kohl, which attracted up to 166,000 participants – his opening broadcast on May 6th achieved a market share of 45 percent – the next prominent trainer is already in the starting blocks: ex-ski racer and “Austria at its best “Moderator Hans Knauß will provide varied training on “Fit with the Stars” from Monday, May 13, 2024, at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 and invite you to join in.
Due to the broadcast of the “Plenary Session of the National Council with Current Hour of the SPÖ” on May 15th and 16th on ORF 2, “Fit with the Stars” will be shown at the usual broadcast time of 9:10 a.m. on ORF SPORT +.
Due to the public holiday, there will be no broadcast on Monday, May 20th – the shortened week will once again be taken over by Hans Knauß, who will then be there until Friday, May 24th at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 for the morning exercise with his TV fitness program will ensure.
Hans Knauß: “I think I’m really fit for my age. After skiing, I always made sure I kept at it. And I also notice that if I don’t train for a few days, I run unevenly and then I have to do something again. To stay fit, I use the mountains, ride my mountain bike or just go for a walk in the forest, it’s the easiest thing you can do. At ‘Fit with the Stars’ it’s up to us to motivate people to take part in order to simply live healthier lives. This is my concern. My fitness program includes exercises every day that maintain basic mobility and prevent back pain, for example.”
In the week from May 27th to 31st, “Fit with the Stars” will be presented for the second time on weekdays at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 by “Dancing Stars” professional dancer and sports scientist Conny Kreuter.
The ORF fitness program “Fit with the Stars” on ORF 2 is made available to deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on ORF TELETEXT on page 777 and on the ORF TV library with subtitles. The barrier-free programs are available as video-on-demand on on.ORF.at and in the ORF TVthek app.
