Vienna (OTS) – Conny Kreuter is starting a new week of training at “Fit with the Stars”! From Monday, June 24, 2024, at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 and ORF ON, the “Dancing Stars” professional dancer and sports scientist will be back in action on the popular ORF fitness program and will provide varied and lively training sessions that invite you to join in . This week it will be rhythmic and coordinated. Kreuter combines elements that some people probably know from dance with fitness and challenges not only the body, but also the mind. There is also a focus on mobilization.
The ORF fitness program “Fit with the Stars” on ORF 2 is made available to deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on ORF TELETEXT on page 777 and on ORF ON with subtitles and is also available as video-on-demand.
