Vienna (OTS) – The new ORF fitness format “Fit with the Stars” is on the ORF 2 program every weekday at 9:10 a.m. and is moderated weekly by another celebrity as a gymnast. Next week, from Monday, April 22, 2024, ex-ski jumper and ORF expert Andreas Goldberger welcomes the audience and will offer a wide range of exercises for all fitness levels and ages.
Andreas Goldberger: “It’s good for me that I was asked because it’s important to me that I can really motivate people at home to exercise and do something for their health. What is important is what you need in everyday life: mobility, coordination, balance and strength. The exercises are for beginners to advanced users – there is something for everyone.”
In the week from April 29th to May 3rd, “Fit with the Stars” will be hosted by former Austrian soccer player and coach Roman Mählich on weekdays at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2.
