Vienna (OTS) – Strengthened through the week with exercise at “Fit with the Stars”! From Monday, July 15, 2024, at 9:10 a.m. on ORF 2 and ORF ON, there will be a reunion with Bernhard Kohl on the popular ORF fitness program, where the ex-professional cyclist and “Dancing Stars” finalist will do a variety of exercises to participate in invites.
As a cyclist, Bernhard Kohl is targeting different muscle groups in his training program this week, but is based on a fixed pattern: mobilization, activation, establishing balance and strengthening – processes that he has firmly internalized from his sporting career. Preventive stretching and stretching exercises round off his units.
The ORF fitness program “Fit with the Stars” on ORF 2 is made available to deaf and hearing-impaired viewers on ORF TELETEXT on page 777 and on ORF ON with subtitles and is also available as video-on-demand.
