Semadox, a Graz startup with an office in the Linz factory300, brings Viennese company TimeWarp as an investor
Graz (OTS) – The start-up founded in Graz Semadoxwhich also has a headquarters in the factory300 in the Linz tobacco factory, secures its first investment. TimeWarp, a cloud service provider from Vienna, is investing a six-figure amount in founder Julian Rath’s company. Business angels are also on board factory300-Operator Bernhard Lehner. Semadox develops and sells Software as a Service (SAAS) that enables companies to extract, validate and further process sensitive data from PDF documents. Semadox will use the capital to intensify sales.
“We have so far financed Semadox exclusively through sales, so we have been bootstrapped so far. We took our time with our first investment because we wanted an investor who could not only give us capital, but also provide strategic support. With TimeWarp, we found what we were looking for
“says Julian Rath, CEO and founder of Semadox.
“Semadox has developed an exciting technology that solves a real problem for many companies. As a cloud provider, we have hundreds of customers and know how challenging data management and consolidation can often be due to the heterogeneity of data sources in business processes – despite all standards. Semadox is the solution to this problem
” says Michael Pambalk-Rieger from TimeWarp.
