Experience Wienerwald – get to know flavors or win inspiration

At the “Experience Wienerwald” the Wienerwald becomes a backdrop for special experiences. From April 12, two different tours invite you to consciously experience the forest – be it for relaxation or for a culinary journey of discovery.

Under the motto „WienerWaldSein“ Enjoy participants a relaxing break in the forest. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of forest bathing, this leadership offers the opportunity to calm down, to take a deep breath and to perceive the surroundings with all their senses. Mindfulness exercises and guided meditations make the way a relaxing experience.

Quite different, but just as exciting, presents itself „WienerWaldGenuss“. This from and with the Forest ecologist, author and sensor expert Artur Cisar-Erlach Developed leadership is devoted to the flavors of the forest. Here you can find out from the professional itself which plants and trees shape the Wienerwald and how they are processed in culinary products. The starting point of the tours are five selected partner hotels: the Berghotel Tulbingerkogel (Mauerbach) and the Schlosspark Mauerbach (Mauerbach), the Hotel Restaurant Höldrichsmühle (Hinterbrühl), the seminar and event hotel Krainerhütte (Helenental) and the Hernstein Castle (Triesting Valley) offer the attractive overnight stays for a relaxing forest time- Ideal for everyone who wants to make a short vacation from the tour.
