SOJAREI Vollwertkost GmbH, a family business based in Traiskirchen, has developed into the largest tofu producer in Austria within just a few years: tofu, seitan, loaves and finished products are produced exclusively in organic quality from Austrian cultivation and meet tastes and requirements with a wide range of products of customers. The fact that the requirements for environmentally friendly and resource-saving production are met is another unique selling point among the competitors: sustainability is an absolute priority!
The increasing success on the market is also due to the committed team of 95 employees, who, according to owner KR Ing. Gerhard Eschner, represent “our company’s most valuable asset”.

The new production line – which enables an expansion of 800 m² with an investment of seven million euros – can further increase efficiency, environmental friendliness and sustainability and meet increasing demand.
The company Nina Pongratz Bau GmbH, based in Pottenstein, made every effort to meet the owner’s ideas and specifications and, with the expansion of the production hall, which is scheduled to go into operation at the beginning of 2025, has added another important accent for the future development of the “Quality you can taste“ set!
