Everything new in the weather after “NÖ today” with Tanja Karssemeijer and Clemens Krautzer

St. Pölten (OTS) Right after Easter, “NÖ aktuell” starts with two new weather presenters and a new weather presentation. Starting April 2nd, the two Radio Lower Austria presenters Tanja Karssemeijer and Clemens Krautzer will alternately present the new weather every week according to “Lower Austria today” with new possibilities for presentation and information about the daily topic number 1. Tanja Karssemeijer starts on the Tuesday after Easter .

Both presenters are breaking new ground with this task – Tanja Karssemeijer has been part of the ORF NÖ team since 2018, Clemens Krautzer since 2017. Both regularly moderate a wide variety of programs on Radio Lower Austria. Not just in the radio studio, but also on the road all over the country: on “Radio 4/4” or on the Radio NÖ summer tour.

At the same time as the new moderation team, the presentation of the weather according to “Lower Austria today” is also changing: the latest graphics provide even more detailed weather models for particularly clear information from all parts of the country. In addition, input from the audience will play a major role in the future: photos and videos about special seasonal events will be regularly incorporated into the weather according to “NÖ Today”.

ORF Lower Austria regional director Alexander Hofer: “With what is probably the most discussed topic in everyday life, we now have even more options to show the weather in detail and thus respond even better to regional or seasonal peculiarities in our federal state. In addition, Tanja Karssemeijer and Clemens Krautzer are professionals who will bring their own personal touch to the weather presentation.”

The new faces in the weather after “NÖ today”

Tanja Karssemeijer: “The weather is something we all talk about – and it affects us every day. For me, that’s exactly what makes the new Lower Austria weather so appealing. I want to make the weather understandable, modern and entertaining for our viewers. And one thing first: I take no responsibility for bad weather!”

Tanja Karssemeijer lives with her husband and daughter in Senftenberg. They seek adventure not only through joint activities at home, but also on vacation. Traveling to remote places is intended to create memories that she would like to tell her grandchildren. Sitting at a large table with friends and chatting for hours about God and the world over good food also makes them happy.

Clemens Krautzer: “In everything I do, the most important thing to me is always having fun. Looking at the weather in the coming days together with our viewers is a new challenge that I will have a lot of fun with. The weather affects us all and is therefore THE topic in every small talk.”

Clemens Krautzer lives in Laxenburg in the thermal region. In his free time he enjoys cooking and cooking. You can also meet him at various concerts across the country.
And a cozy evening at a wine tavern is simply part of it for him.
