The jury of the Europa Cinemas Network honored Wiktoria Pelzer from among 1,200 European cinema operators for “her outstanding actions and her sustained commitment to promoting European film in all its richness and diversity. This award particularly highlights Pelzer’s entrepreneurship and her innovative initiatives to renew proven strategies in the field of cinema culture, contributing to the vitality of the film industry at local and pan-European levels.”

Victoria Pelzer has been running the Stadtkino in the Künstlerhaus in Vienna since 2017, which stands for a socio-political program with discussions, events and premieres and has established itself as the regular cinema of many film festivals. In 2023, Pelzer was awarded the Austrian Cinema Prize for outstanding program work by the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Public Service and Sport (BMKÖS). Since 2023, Pelzer has also been running the Admiral Kino, where she focuses on a feminist program.
