Before the vote on the planned EU supply chain law Next Friday (February 9th), numerous environmental protection organizations, NGOs and political actors are appealing to Economics Minister Martin Kocher (ÖVP) to agree to the compromise reached. While Justice Minister Alma Zadić (Greens) has already confirmed her approval, Kocher’s position is not known and was criticized in several broadcasts on Monday. The reason for concern is Germany’s unclear position.
