The 6,000,000 treasury shares of Wienerberger AG transferred to the trustee in view of the intended closing of the Terreal acquisition represent around 5.37% of the company’s share capital. As a result of the transfer, Wienerberger Participations no longer holds any shares in the company. As of February 27, 2024, Wienerberger AG itself holds a total of 339,332 treasury shares, which represent around 0.30% of the company’s share capital.
