For more information, visit the website: (2) https://a1.group/de/investor-relations-home/ Highlights Q1 2024 • Q1 2024: • Total revenues increased by 0.7%, driven primarily by growth in service revenues (+3.1% yoy) in local currency in all markets except Slovenia, reflecting the sharp decline in revenues from the sale of devices (-9.8% yoy). • Service revenue growth supported by Solutions & Connectivity and the mobile business, but impacted by negative currency effects, as well as lower interconnection revenue and declining fixed-line voice business. • EBITDA increased 4.2% compared to Q1 2023, despite higher core OPEX, primarily due to higher personnel costs and product-related costs. • Total sales and EBITDA excluding restructuring increased by 2.2% and 5.7%, respectively, adjusted for currency effects. • Spectrum acquisition in Austria: A1 acquired frequencies in the 26 GHz spectrum as well as additional regional frequencies in the 3.5 GHz spectrum in March 2024. • Outlook for the 2024 financial year confirmed: 3-4% sales growth, CAPEX (excl. spectrum) of
