The issuer/publisher is responsible for the content of the message. ════════════════════════════════════════ ══════════ ════════════════════════ RBI cancels transaction on STRABAG shares, MKAO Rasperia Trading Ltd. remains a shareholder of STRABAG SE • Since Raiffeisen Bank International AG is not pursuing the acquisition of STRABAG shares, MKAO “Rasperia Trading Limited” remains a shareholder of STRABAG SE • STRABAG shares of Rasperia remain frozen STRABAG SE has through the recently published ad hoc -Report from Raiffeisenbank International AG (“RBI”) that it is refraining from acquiring the STRABAG shares from MKAO “Rasperia Trading Limited” (“Rasperia”). According to the notification, RBI has not received the required comfort from relevant authorities to carry out the proposed transaction. Rasperia will therefore remain a shareholder in STRABAG SE. According to the investment notification from March 2024, it is no longer controlled by Oleg Deripaska but by Iliadis JSC (“Iliadis”). The company cannot currently assess whether the RBI’s decision will have an impact on the completion of the transaction reported by Iliadis in Russia. As already announced on March 27, 2024, the company continues to assume that “Rasperia’s” 24.1% share in STRABAG SE continues to be frozen in accordance with the EU Sanctions Regulation.
