The Supervisory Board of PIERER Mobility AG thanks Mr. Sigl for his many years of commitment to the PIERER Mobility Group. The previous agendas and tasks of Mr. Viktor Sigl will be taken over on an interim basis by Mr. Stefan Pierer, CEO. The Supervisory Board has also decided to appoint Mr. Gottfried Neumeister as an additional board member of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG with effect from September 1, 2024 in order to support the CEO agendas. Mr. Neumeister held senior positions at DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft from March 2012 to June 2023, including as Co-CEO. Previously, Mr. Neumeister founded flyniki together with Niki Lauda and, as managing director, was responsible for the successful development of the aviation business (until its sale to Air Berlin).
