The issuer/publisher is responsible for the content of the message. ════════════════════════════════════════ ══════════ → June 17, 2024 The ongoing final work for the 2023 financial year of :be AG (ISIN: AT0000A2SGH0) results in preliminary operating performance at group level (composed of sales revenue, other operating income and the result from investment properties) of EUR 45,083 thousand (2022 : EUR 42,558 thousand), an operating result (earnings before taxes, EBT) of EUR 2,422 thousand (2022: EUR 5,064 thousand) and a consolidated annual result of EUR 1,529 thousand (2022: EUR 3,713 thousand). As part of the last forecast update on May 14, 2024, the Management Board was not yet able to narrow down the operating result due to several extraordinary effects. The main factors that had an impact here were the negative industry environment (provisions related to projects amounting to EUR 1,770 thousand) as well as one-off effects due to the adjustment of the investment structure (amounting to EUR 380 thousand).
