(this corresponds to approx. 15.05% of the share capital), of which up to 2.2 million shares will be offered by Nikolaos Lykos (this corresponds to approx. 6.05% of the share capital). According to the leading placement agent, Euroxx Securities SA, the price range was EUR 6.00 to 6.10 (corresponding to a discount of 9.1% -7.6% to the closing price of EUR 6.60 on the Athens Stock Exchange ( ATHEX) from April 29, 2024).
