Stephan Büttner (50) as CEO of the company with effect from January 1, 2024 AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG appointed. Furthermore, his existing board mandate, which expires on October 31, 2024, was extended until October 31, 2028. Büttner follows Dkfm. Markus Mühleisen, MBA (57), who, at his own request, will not extend his board mandate, which runs until May 31, 2024, and will resign from the board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG on December 31, 2023. As the new CEO of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG, Stephan Büttner will be responsible for the strategy and economic policy, sales, public relations, human resources and general secretariat departments in addition to his responsibilities as CFO and CEO of the Fruit Division. He has worked for the AGRANA Group since 2012 and has been CFO of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG since 2014.
