The issuer/publisher is responsible for the content of the message. ══════════════════════════════════════════════════ ════════════════════════ After solid EBIT 2023|24, cautious outlook for 2024|25 Dividend proposal of €0.90 per share for the 2023|24 financial year According to preliminary figures, AGRANA achieved earnings from operations (EBIT) of €151.0 million in the 2023|24 financial year (March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024) and the guidance of a very significant improvement compared to the previous year (2022|23: €88.3 million) was fulfilled. Earnings per share rose to €1.04 (previous year: €0.25). The group’s sales revenue amounted to €3,786.9 million (previous year: €3,637.4 million). As already communicated in the Q3 publication in January 2024, AGRANA has been confronted with an increasingly challenging business environment since the fourth quarter of 2023|24 and is forecasting an EBIT for the 2024|25 financial year that will be significantly below the comparable figure for 2023|24 . This decline in earnings will already become apparent in the first quarter of 2024|25. The Executive Board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG also decided today – subject to a corresponding resolution by the Supervisory Board – to propose a dividend of €0.90 per share for the 2023|24 financial year to the 37th Annual General Meeting on July 5, 2024 (dividend for 2022|23: €0.90 per share). This corresponds to a dividend yield based on the closing price on the balance sheet date (February 29, 2024) of 6.7%.
