The reigning mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, has entered the Golden Book of the City of Vienna today, Thursday. Mayor Michael Ludwig welcomed the city leader of the French capital, including delegation, in the city council meeting hall of the Vienna City Hall.
In his speech, Ludwig emphasized that Paris and Vienna “maintain very close and good relationships in the past and in the presence and have a variety of common concerns and interests”. A cooperation agreement has existed between the two capitals since 2010; This deepens the exchange of information and experience, for example in the area of smart city as well as friendship and cooperation between the cities on a general basis.
