The party of human-freedom fundamental rights (MFG) takes note of the legally binding acquittal in the legal case of Kellermayr with relief. After the German judiciary had already hired all investigations and a house search was found as illegal, Austrian authorities dragged the German citizen Roman M. in court – probably to satisfy politicians and the media. Now the acquittal is also legally valid in Austria – a weak consolation for the accused, which was heavily burdened with health and financially.
Probably under the impression of massive media reporting and political expectations, a complex process was conducted against Roman M. In his case, it should apparently be demonstrated that Corona measures critics are dangerous and violent. The court now made it clear that he could not be proven to have a criminal responsibility for the doctor’s suicide.
Ms. Dr. Kellermayr, the Upper Austrian doctor, who tragically chose suicide, had previously noticed very sharp public statements against corona measures and vaccination critics. M. then confronted her in writing and promised legal steps. For MFG, the fact that criminal proceedings were constructed from this shows the political charge of the case.
“The allegations against Roman M. should never have led to years.”
LAbg. Dagmar Häusler, BSC., MfG-Austria Federal Party chairman-Deputy.
The MFG member of the state parliament Dagmar Häusler was personally present in the four-day and particularly elaborate show trial and could only shake his head. Around thirty witnesses and experts have been part of a fact, in which the court itself was not able to determine a criminal contribution. Through media prejudice, the accused tried to attach statements that were not punishable in this procedure.
At the same time, it must be stated that threats with violence, torture and murder have no place in a peace -loving, civilized society. The MFG party also occurs with great vehemence against such statements. However, Roman M. was not demonstrated in the process. Anyone who enters human rights and pronounces against medical experiments must be allowed to express their opinion freely. This is an immovable fundamental right.
Once again, it turns out in Austria that people can be driven into health and financial ruin by means of the judicial system, which apparently does not act freely from political instructions and whispering. Roman M. suffered several infarctions due to the several years of stress of unjustified persecution. He symbolized the attempt to publicly deter political critics and intimidate.
“My respect applies to Roman M., who has remained steadfastly despite years of stress and public prejudice and had to pay a high personal price for this.”
LAbg. Dagmar Häusler, BSC., MfG-Austria Federal Party chairman-Deputy.
