There the company becomes a state -of -the -art facility in the special economy zone Tatu CityBuild Africa’s leading new city, just 30 minutes from Kenya’s capital Nairobi. The facility will support the growth of the world -famous customers of Emirates Logistics in Africa south of the Sahara.

The construction of the system is scheduled to begin this year and further expand the global presence of Emirates Logistics in 15 countries and the global network of representations. With over 20 years of experience in international markets, the company operates its own warehouses, offices and transport fleets in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Morocco, Algeria, the Ivory Coast, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh and Malaysia.

Companies that settle in the special economy zone Tatu City benefit from a number of incentives, including a corporation tax rate of 10 % for the first 10 years and 15 % for the following 10 years, compared to the standard tax rate of 30 %. Companies also benefit from an exemption from VAT for goods and services as well as exemptions from import duties and stamps.
