Ecobat receives a binding offer from Campine for the purchase of the French lead works

Ecobat, a worldwide leading company in the area of ​​battery cycling, announced today that it has received a binding offer from Campine NV to take over its battery cycling systems and special leading production systems in France and has approved on this basis to grant Campine NV exclusivity. The planned transaction includes the Ecobat systems in Estrée-Saint-Denis, Bazoches and Pont-Sainte-Maxence, which would retire Ecobat from the French market, with the exception of the area of ​​the area of ​​lithium-ion batteries.
