“There was a clearly defined division of roles between eco-residential construction and Silver Living. Our responsibility was only in sales and in the placement of the building owners – and the always in the contractually agreed framework, ”emphasizes Wolfgang Stabauer, managing partner of ÖKO residential construction. “As early as September 2022, the collaboration with Silver Living ended after increasingly serious omissions on the part of the company became known.”
Stabauer continues: “The claim that Öko-Wohnbau would not have supported Silver Living sufficiently in finding a solution and is therefore simply responsible for their economic decline and the now application for bankruptcy. Silver Living was recently no longer able to properly handle even the simplest processes of a building owner model. Essential questions about the construction events and calculating key figures remained unanswered to the investor: inside. Instead, serious misconducts, omissions and inconsistencies came to light that caused massive displeasure and corresponding demands against Silver Living at investor. “
In conclusion: “For us, it is disappointing that a long -time partner has no longer fulfilled his contractual obligations towards their investors.
