Vienna (OTS) – Christmas time should actually be a peaceful and contemplative time with the whole family. A young female Rottweiler recently experienced the opposite. She was found tied alone at the Weißenböckstrasse tram stop in Simmering on December 11th. The animal rescue brought the dog to TierQuarTier.
Unfortunately, the dog’s microchip was not registered. Since no owners have reported to TierQuarTier so far, she was probably abandoned intentionally. The dog was wearing a pink leash. Abandoning animals is prohibited and there are penalties of up to 7,500 euros!
