On the last day of the festival tomorrow, the Donauinselfest will say goodbye to its great audience with musical fireworks and a colorful supporting program.

Vienna (OTS/SPW) – From rock and pop to Viennese songs to hits and techno, every music fan will get their money’s worth at the Donauinselfest on the more than four and a half kilometer long festival site. Great artists of all genres will also be on the stages on festival Sunday. Alice Merton, LOI, Charlien, Lydia Prenner-Kasper, Anna Ullrich, Tita Lau, Ness and Birgit Denk with Allgsang are just a few of the many women who will be part of the Donauinselfest program on Sunday and will be on the stages. There are also acts like Wanda, SKINDRED, The young Zillertalers and Romeo Kaltenbrunner. What they all have in common is that they will get the diverse audience dancing, singing, laughing and celebrating one last time this year in the largest peaceful coexistence on the Danube Island.

Female designers brought to the fore. The Floridsdorfer Bridge on the way to the large festival stage is also located this year Bank Austria Edelstoff pop-up design market. There are many unique creations to discover here from more than 30 designers and small manufacturers. You can stop by today from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Recruiting area open on Sunday until 7 p.m
The recruiting area on the Vienna Holding Recruiting Island will show interested festival visitors new career prospects from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Be there Aldiana, hallermobil, MA 28, Vienna Police, Seeburg University, Vienna Holding, Vienna Health Association and Wiener lines. Also BILLA presents its diverse training and further education offerings.

On Sunday, visitors can take one last look at the large festival area from a little further up: from 12 p.m. at the bag jump on the Federal Army Action & Activity Island or at Wizz Air Sky Flight and from 2 p.m. at Fisherman’s Friend Bagjump.
Learn new things and move together!
Die Bank Austria / Ottakringer Brewery / Radio 88.6 Rock Insel invites you on Sunday Beer Ponga sport that combines team spirit, party and action, and at 3 p.m. relaxed exercise sequences YOGA by AuroraYoga. From 12 p.m. there will be Line Dance & Cha Cha Cha for beginners Kopetzky Dance School on the Wiener Städtische Insurance Schlager Island. Also at Flunkyball tournament at the Peace stage You can join in from 1 p.m. or learn something while watching.
Donate cups for #dif24 charity LernLEO!
Also on Sunday, all festival visitors are cordially invited to donate their cup to this year’s DIF charity LernLEOs of the Samaritan Association of Vienna, to donate. Mobile collection teams and employees at two cup huts (one at the main entrance to the express railway bridge and one at the festival meadow opposite the school ship) are happy to accept the cups.

Just as presented in the past few days ORF III Also on the last day of the festival there will be highlights and live broadcasts from the Danube Island Festival. On Sunday there will be a lot of cabaret: after the “cabaret highlights from the Donauinselfest” with, among others Eva Maria Marold, Gerald Fleischhacker, Christoph Fritz, Angelika Niedetzky, Benedikt Mitmannsgruber and Gernot Kulis This year’s performances by Austrian cabaret stars will follow live and time-shifted: Petutschnig Hons, Lydia Prenner-Kasper and Andreas Vitásek. Finally, with Wanda this year’s headliner at the Wien Energie / Hitradio Ö3 Festbühne to experience live, time-shifted.
