DIE WOHNKOMPANIE welcomes over 100 guests on the first hot evening of this summer at the Summerstage in Vienna.
Vienna/Lower Austria/Graz (OTS) – The real estate industry celebrated the start of summer on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 with cool drinks and sounds. Over 100 friends, customers and business partners accepted the invitation from Roland Pichler, managing partner of DIE WOHNKOMPANIE, to network and celebrate at this year’s IMMO summer night.
Roland Pichler took the event as an opportunity not only to briefly review the developments of the last year, but above all to take a look at the new circumstances and the future of the company: “As is well known, there are now significantly rougher seas in our industry – what we need are very good products, at low costs, with low operating costs – we need apartments that people can afford and buy!

And further: “National project volumes will definitely not return to the levels of previous years. We also have to become more patient again and cannot start every construction project immediately after receiving the building permit.
