With around 50 guests, DIE WOHNKOMPANIE celebrates the topping-out of its residential building project PUR WOHNEN in Purkersdorf
Vienna, Lower Austria (OTS) – The construction project at Grillparzergasse 32 in the Vienna Woods community of Purkersdorf was started in July 2023, and just 9 months later DIE WOHNKOMPANIE can celebrate the topping-out of its modern project together with the general contractor Pabst GmbH.
PUR WOHNEN is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Purkersdorf in the immediate vicinity of the Deutschwaldbach and the Sandstone Vienna Woods Nature Park. The residential project consists of two components with a total of 22 privately financed condominiums and an underground car park for 32 parking spaces. The property impresses with its very quiet micro-location and the generous open spaces. All apartments have balconies or private gardens with terraces.
Roland Pichler, Managing Director of DIE WOHNKOMPANIE, particularly praises the impressive performance of all the workers and craftsmen working on the construction site and the good organization of the construction management team on site. “At PUR WOHNEN, the quality of the location speaks for itself. And, I can say this, so is the quality of execution. This is important for our project, which promises high-quality housing for our customers,” he continues.
Stefan Steinbichler, Mayor of Purkersdorf, thanks the construction team for the smooth running of the construction site and hopes that next Christmas there will be 22 more Christmas trees in the newly built apartments in Purkersdorf.
Built using a modern, solid construction method, PUR WOHNEN meets all the requirements of a low-energy house, the ecological sustainability of which is confirmed by a “BauXund” certification. E-mobility is supported by sufficient charging options. Air heat pumps and photovoltaic modules on the roof are a further contribution to green building and healthy living.
