On the RE+ 2025, which took place from September 8th to 11th, Desay Battery, a global provider of comprehensive energy storage solutions, presented a complete portfolio of innovations and at the same time announced strategic cooperation with Shenzhen Hello Energy in the area of energy development.
The focus of the exhibition was the active security cell and system technology developed by Desay Battery, which is one of the biggest challenges in the industry – battery safety. The system is based on extensive experimental data and correlation analyzes and integrates advanced temperature and pressure sensors into a AI-enabled cell architecture that enables real-time monitoring over the entire product life cycle. It can recognize risks such as overloading, short circuits or lithium plating at an early stage and immediately transmits abnormal signals in order to trigger preventive protection.
A newly developed corrosion-resistant sensor also ensures precise data acquisition in rough environments and records tension, interior temperature and pressure-the “data triangle” that drives the next generation of Desay Battery. The solution is integrated in EMS and cloud -based AI and optimizes the cooling, refines the charging process and extends the lifespan of the system while increasing efficiency.
In addition to the AI-based platform, Desay Battery also presented a diverse range of products of lithium and sodium batteries, modules and packs, including lithium cells with 100 AH, 280 AH and 314 AH, a 60-am sodium cell, modular battery systems and a series of integrated storage cabinets from 215 kWh up to 344 kWh. Larger systems, such as the 5 MWh solution with fluid cooling in containers, and offers for critical infrastructures, including UPS cabinets and storage systems for households, also underlined the company’s range.
The exhibition showed the adaptable portfolio of Desay Battery, which ranges from private to industrial use. An important focus was on coping with the energy requirements of data centers by integrating photovoltaics and advanced storage systems, which reduced the average costs to 0.25 RMB/kWh and saved up to 79 % at peak times.
The company also underlined its ability to offer tailor-made end-to-end-energy storage solutions, a competence that has repeatedly introduced it to the Tier 1 list for Energy Saving from Bloomberg and strong recommendations from industrial partners. The recently announced partnership with Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy, a leading worldwide provider of portable energy storage and pioneer in the area of mobile household memory, reflects this cooperative approach. Together, the two companies want to use their complementary strengths in the areas of technology, supply chain and sales channels to open up new growth opportunities and offer competitive solutions for global markets.
