Vienna (OTS) – The Danube Island Open Air Festival is going into the second round with full force and promises to once again offer an incomparable festival experience for music lovers and party enthusiasts next year. After last year’s impressive success, the festival team is going one better and proudly presenting four top-class festival days that will cover different genres. From May 23rd to May 26th, 2024, the sports island on Vienna’s Danube Island will once again become a MEGA FESTIVAL AREA and welcomes up to 20,000 visitors every day.
The Sportinsel, easily accessible by public transport and idyllically located on the Danube Bridge, promises pure festival feeling this year too. The unique atmosphere, combined with a diverse musical program, will once again make the Donauinsel Open Air 2024 an unforgettable event. Fans can look forward to thrilling live performances, first-class artists and an electrifying atmosphere.
Thursday, May 23, 2024: It starts with the spectacular “Electronic Island – Vienna’s largest electronic open air festival powered by Radio Energy”. An international star DJ line-up consisting of the Echo Pop prizes is offered Robin Schultz “Sun goes down”, “Sugar”, the German star DJ and music producer Topic “Breaking me”, the English DJ favorite Jax Jones „Whistle“, Ace on the Base x Mc Yankoo „Something Like This“, Rene Rodriguezzas well as the Austrian DJ Flip Capella. The breathtaking backdrop of the Sportinsel near the Danube Bridge will send the festival crowd into ecstasy.
Friday, May 24, 2024: „Baller Island – Austria’s largest Mallorca open air festival“.

It’s moderated by the 90’s presenter par excellence, Viva darling Mola Adebisi and Radio Arabella presenter Fabian Kotschwar. It’s my Life – Austria’s largest 90’s open air festival, bring the music and stars of the 90’s back to the stage and take you back to the decade that gave us the biggest hits of all time!
