Vienna (OTS) – Dr. Cornelia Lanser, LL.M. (Leiden) (31) will join the lawyer in July 2024 Haslinger / Nagele Lawyers on. After working as a trainee lawyer for almost three years, the native East Tyrolean is now strengthening her position Public Commercial Law Team at the firm’s Vienna location.

Die Main areas of activity by Dr. Cornelia Lanser lies in various areas of the European and Austrian public law, with a particular focus on environmental law, particularly plant law, product law and waste law. A main focus of her work is the circular economy.

Impressive academic career
Dr. Lanser brings an impressive academic background. After studying law at the University of Vienna, she worked for four years as a university assistant at the Institute for European Law, International Law and Comparative Law at the chair of Univ.-Prof. Dr. Thomas Jaeger, LL.M. employed. In 2020, she received her doctorate with distinction from the University of Vienna after spending a research stay at the renowned Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. To deepen her European law expertise, she completed an LL.M. degree in Leiden (Netherlands) in 2020/2021.
In addition to her legal work, Dr. Lanser is the author of numerous relevant specialist publications, regularly gives lectures and is a lecturer in gambling law at the University of Vienna.
