The Tyrolean food retail chain MPRISE and Österreichische Post AG start a cooperation to expand the postal supply. Selected MPrpreis branches will be expanded to include a post partner and will offer post services and financial services from Bank99 in the future. With a large number of Mpreis locations, post stations for 24/7 collection of packages are also built.
The cooperation was presented to the public today at the opening of the new post partner in the Mpreis branch in the Olympic village in Innsbruck.

Start with 14 new post partners, focus on Tyrol
In a first step, twelve Tyrolean Mpreis branches were selected together, which will be expanded to include a post partner by the summer. After an intensive schooling phase, the MPRIS employees will also offer post services, financial services from Bank99 as well as the sale of postal merchandise and packaging material at these locations. The focus of the collaboration is initially in Tyrol, Mreis and Post, but also evaluating opportunities for cooperation beyond the federal federal borders. In the late spring, two Mpreis branches in the state of Salzburg will act as a postal partner.
60 new post stations at Mpreis
In addition to the new post -partners, the MRIS and Swiss Post have also agreed to set up new post stations. There, packages 24/7 can be picked up or – pre -credited with a return label or package brand. At the start, around 60 new post stations will be built in front of Mpreis branches in the next few months. As a result, customers can conveniently combine food purchasing with the collection of their last online order. Here, too, the focus is on Tyrol.
The new post partner in the Olympic village
The Mpreis branch in the Olympic village in Innsbruck has not only had a post partner since today, but will also receive a 24/7 post station in the next few weeks. The post partner (An-der-Lan-Straße 40, 6020 Innsbruck) is open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The location is centrally located and has sufficient parking spaces. The post station, which is built directly in front of the Mpreis branch, can be used around the clock.
